SCI Semiconductor

SCI Semiconductor designs the ICENI family of memory-safe microcontrollers, built on the open RISC-V CHERIoT-Ibex processor. The hardware enforces spatial and temporal memory safety and isolates code into fine-grained compartments, so third-party and legacy components can be reused without exposing the rest of the device—removing the memory-corruption bugs behind most embedded CVEs at the silicon level. It targets medical, industrial, automotive, aerospace and critical-infrastructure systems where regulation now demands demonstrable security.
